If you have any major Career Achievements or any Appreciation then this is the section where they should be listed. For Example a BPO can add his/her career achievements like,
- Participate in recruitment, interview and selection of candidates for various levels of position openings and promote a work environment that openly embraces individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Meet established hiring targets and maintains compliance with established reporting structure.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the skills and background required for each opportunity and provide expert advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop strong client and candidate relationships and maintain communication with both.
- Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates. Experience:
Previous work experience plays an important role while applying for a Job and hence it should be well presented in the resume. Most of the questions during your resume will be related to the previous job that you had and hence you should be well prepared for it. Salary Range of a Project
- The average salary received is approximately Rs. 11000 per month. This works out to an annual pay package of 1.4 Lakhs to 1.85 Lakhs per annum CTC.
